Homemade Super Sandwiches for Breakfast
We’ve discovered a clever take on a breakfast sandwich from edalnia that makes the average breakfast nutritious and fast. To prepare these delicious sandwiches, you’ll need quite a few simple ingredients. But this dish came out – against all expectations, for a very tempting, savory breakfast.
raw material:
- 16 slices white bread toast (bread, thinly sliced)
- 8 slices ham (or any meat you like)
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 200g mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 100-150 g cheese
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon butter (for frying)
- salt, pepper, parsley
route:
1. Dice the shiitake mushrooms and fry until fragrant.
2. Use a sharp knife to cut off the crumbs to get the “edge” of the crust. Spread 8 whole slices of bread on a baking sheet, 4 of them on the “edges” of the bread. Fill in advance with sautéed mushrooms, salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated.
For the remaining 4 slices of bread, top with 2 layers of ham – the remaining 4 slices of bread have no “edges” of crumbs. Inner rims – sliced tomatoes, divided into each sandwich and placed on top of the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and add your favorite spices.
Place the baking tray with 8 sandwiches in the preheated oven at 180°C until the eggs are cooked through and the cheese has melted.
