make your own Sugar Scrub Sticks, you will need a silicone baking mold in the shape of your choice. If you’re giving a chocolate bar as a gift, try choosing a mold that’s appropriate for the season. Snowflakes are a lovely choice for winter, but hearts are great for Valentine’s Day, and flowers are perfect for Mother’s Day.

raw material

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup melted and poured soap base
  • 10-12 drops of essential oil in the fragrance of your choice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • soap colorant

Get it!

Microwave your melt every 15 seconds, then pour in the soap base. Stir the soap in between to make sure it melts evenly. Add coconut oil and stir until combined. Look for a coconut oil brand for this project that doesn’t have a strong coconut scent unless you really like the smell of coconut.
