Have you ever made beautiful, brightly colored ones out of waste yarn? pom poms? Well, making pom-poms itself isn’t the only DIY element involved with these fluffy little hand tools. Once your pom-poms are made (or even bought at the store; have you ever seen one of those with glitter strips?) how can you use them!
