One of our absolute favorite craft projects for adults and kids alike, all you need to make these beautiful little animals is:

  • Several clear plastic water bottles
  • sharp scissors
  • marker pen
  • Nail polish (different colors)
  • printed butterfly outline

As you can see in the guide and pictures here, it’s just a case of cutting out the shape of a butterfly with scissors, marking out a unique pattern of your choice and adding colored nail polish. The result is an incredible stained glass effect, which you can then go a step further with glitter, glitter, or whatever you like!
