Every kid loves to party and wants to have fun dressing up with little ones. But not every parent can afford party hats for all the kids at the party. Why not make them? ! ? ! All you need is a paper plate and a pair of scissors to make a party hat, no glue and no glitter. First, just fold the plate in half and cut the hole for the head. Once you’ve made your first cut, you can decide what you want the hat trim to be. When you’re done, open it up and decorate it any way you like. The kids might learn the cutting craft at your party, and they might get involved, too. They can also help with painting. An unforgettable party for kids to learn and play.
