I bet you can’t resist this super cozy and fluffy fleece blanket! ! Ukrainian designer Anna Mo creates super thick, hand-woven blankets that are perfect for curling up on the couch or even on the floor. So cool, they’re all available through her Etsy shop called Ohhio. Available in a variety of colours, the large blanket is made of 100% merino wool which is soft, lightweight, plush and pleasant to the touch.

The giant stitch is the most representative feature of Mo’s handiwork. One stitch is equal to three inches, and for such a large loop, she had to use extra-large knitting needles. As a result, these blankets look like they were made for giants rather than mortals. Mo’s shop also sells the extra chunky yarn she uses in her work. For us yarn lovers, it’s great to challenge ourselves to knit or crochet with a favorite pattern and make our own chunky creations, don’t forget to get extra large needles. 😀 The texture appears over-amplified, wrapping the body comfortably and stylishly, isn’t it beautiful enough?

Anna’s mother taught her to knit at a very young age. Most of the time Ana works on the computer as a designer. Weaving became a secret sideline that allowed her to switch from “head” work to “hand” work. Switching between these two modes, she frees herself to work on developing her knitwear. “Ohhio” started as an experiment with a few things. “I’m so glad I did that experiment,” Anna wrote to beautiful/decayingas her store has now grown into a full-time business.
