Guarantees that the system will not collapse during opening and closing. The fully open position is mechanically restricted, which guarantees optimum security for converted balconies. The use of a combined power/mechanical movement makes opening and closing the system easy for everyone.

Balcony windows are designed for installation on sloping roofs of houses. Windows are divided into upper sash and lower sash. The upper sash opens up to a 45 degree angle, locks into place and forms the roof of the balcony. The lower sash opens forward and also locks into place, acting as the front wall of the balcony. When it’s open, balustrade-like side panels slide out from the sides – and are hidden when the windows are closed.
