Have you ever tried fried ice cream? Really delicious, when I first saw this video of making ice cream bread, I was amazed how a baking expert could take a recipe so far by mixing ice cream and flour and baking it to make bread? ! It sounds absolutely crazy, but look how good it turned out! This will definitely be on our “must try” list.
Here’s a video shared by Cooking with Karma:
raw material:
- 2 cups ice cream
- 1.5 cups self-raising flour (if not available, just add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder to the plain flour)
- Your favorite extra treats (eg 1/3 cup chocolate chips)
instruct:
- Choose your favorite ice cream, let it sit at room temperature for a while, and then blend to a smooth, creamy consistency. (In the video, she uses cookies and cream)
- It is then mixed with flour, poured into a loaf tin, and baked in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Enjoy your coffee time.
