DIY How to Make Two Ingredient White Chocolate Cream
This easy-to-make 2-ingredient buttercream frosting recipe is rich and fluffy enough to add any sweet decoration to cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more. White chocolate is a favorite of most of us, and this frosting from Cookies and Cups is definitely easier, tastier, and saves you time by keeping it in the freezer when you’re throwing a big party (don’t forget to get it again from out of the refrigerator).
raw material:
- 1 pound butter
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
what you do:
- Combine the two ingredients in a medium saucepan. Melt them over low heat, stirring constantly (note: the butter and white chocolate will separate, that’s okay!)
- When completely melted, remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Place the pan in the refrigerator until the mixture sets (about 3 hours or overnight).
- When you’re ready to make the frosting, remove from the refrigerator and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Place the mixture in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy (about 2 to 3 minutes).
- Use the icing however you like and enjoy!
