How To DIY Heavenly Snickers Ice Cream Cake

This is really a really delicious Snickers Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream Cake that you can make at home, great recipe for summer! !

route:

1. Make the brownie dough, place in the oven, bake and cut into two layers and wait to cool.
2. To make the ice cream: Combine the sugar, cream cheese, peanut butter, and milk and whisk thoroughly. Then stir the whipped cream into it and put it in the refrigerator to chill.
3. Assemble layers: Place brownie layers in a parchment-lined cake tin. Top with caramel and chocolate sauce, then add chunks of Snickers. Put a layer of ice cream.
4. Repeat the same layer again and top with chopped Snickers bars.
5. Put the cake in the freezer until the ice cream is frozen.
6. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce before serving.
