Amazing DIY Recycled Headphone Bracelet
Chances are you have an old pair or two of headphones around the house, so why not use them for something awesome? If they are no longer of any practical use to you, we’ve found the perfect project to keep you busy – These stunning bracelets are made using only the wire from old headphones.

Our favorites are craft projects that can turn something that’s ready to go in the trash into something you’ll want to keep for life. As far as these bracelets are concerned, you will not only be a great accessory, but a great gift for any occasion. Ask your friends for their old headphones and get them something amazing – you’re sure to make them happy!
Headphone Bracelets: What You Need
- Any headphones (ideally no longer working)
- pencil
- sharp scissors

- Cut the ends off the sides of the earphones, then cut the wire itself in half, so you have two pieces that are the same size.
- Use a pencil to wrap the wire in the way you see in the picture above.
- Then there is the case of tying knots in the wire and continuing to knot until the bracelet is the length you need.
- Don’t forget to leave a small amount of excess to tie the bracelet when you’re done.
- Tie a safety knot at the end of the bracelet to finish it off, then remove the pencil and tie the end.

That’s all there is to it – in just a few minutes, you’ll get better results than simply throwing the headphones in the trash. Technically, it’s a technique you can also use with a variety of other wires, cables, and colored cords – just make sure no sharp wires are exposed at the ends.
