All you need is a handful of bobby pins and a few small elastics to create your own pull-braid braids—the ones that are made for hair. Then just follow these few simple steps to create this unique case of beautiful effect that no one will believe is not the work of a professional salon:
- Start by tying your hair into a ponytail at the back of your head.
- Divide the ponytail in two, take the top half and tie an elastic two inches below the ponytail elastic, divide the two inch area in half, run your fingers through it, and pull out the second part of the ponytail .
- Now, take another piece of elastic and tie it two inches below the previous one, separate and pull out the first part of the ponytail.
- Take the third elastic and repeat these steps until you reach the end of the tail.
