There’s nothing like a few sheets of cloth and a home sewing machine – you’ll be amazed how you can create professional-quality slippers at home in just a few minutes!

With just a few basic supplies and the free guide shared below, you can easily make your own custom slippers.
What’s more, once you’ve mastered the basic techniques, you can add a little creativity to the mix and create unique designs that are entirely your own!

As mentioned, the tools and supplies you will need are:
- Material of your choice – Felt, Leather, etc.
- household sewing machine
- Pen or pencil for marking

- Use the image above as a guide for cutting the desired fabric shape
- Measure your own slippers using your feet or existing slippers
- Mark the shape and cut it out with scissors
- Use a sewing machine to fold and sew the slippers around the edges

That’s all there is to it! Feel free to try as many different materials as you want (or if you just want a pair, head over to Etsy, they’re about $35).
For softer materials, you can even try hand sewing – perfect if you don’t have access to a machine!
You can also try adding a soft lining to the slippers you make for added warmth and comfort, or make the whole thing out of soft fleece to use as baby shoes!
