Materials you may need:
- ribbon
- Scissors
- glue
- Wire
Cut the ribbon (the thinner ribbon should be longer) and glue the ends of the thinner ribbon to the wider ribbon
Glue the ends inward and knot in the middle to make a bow.
Tie the two bows together
Add a bow at the top
Glue on small ribbons, then wrap a small piece of ribbon around the glue. you are done.
