Book Page Basket DIY Tutorial

Have you heard of paper chains made from chewing gum wrappers? I made it as a kid and it wasn’t special, fun and easy to make out of recycled gum wrappers, newspapers or books. There are many paper crafts to make and this one is one of the elegant ones you can add a rustic look to your craft table. Pages from old books have become a standard craft supply. When I was working on some foldable book designs, I was reminded of the chewing gum packaging chains we made when we were kids. I apply the same idea to book pages. The result is this page basket made from a repurposed cookie jar and pages from an old yellowed paperback. Larger cookie jars better visually support page chains.
