DIY Mini Lemon Blossom Tofu Pie

I am very happy to share this wonderful idea with you. These lemon blossom tofu tarts look great and beautiful! You can put in your favorite jam-lemon, chocolate, strawberry or add fresh fruit to it. This is the perfect recipe for snack time or party. The children will like them. Enjoy~

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 pack of frozen dough (you can buy it from the local mini market)
  • Lemon mousse = 1/2 can of condensed milk, whipped in a blender with the juice of 2 Tahitian lemons
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (icing sugar)

instruct:
1. Unfold the frozen dough and leave it at room temperature for half an hour. First cut the flowers with a flower-shaped cookie cutter.
2. Put each flower into the hollow cupcake mold. Fold one petal (the petals alternate outward) into another, and then put the dough into the cavity of the cupcake.
3. Carefully push the three outer flaps to the side of the tray, and then push the other three inner flaps to the template wall.
4. Use a fork to dig a hole in each raw tart, twice. Bake at 180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. After cooling, take it out and install it on the plate.
5. Fill each flower with lemon mousse.
6. Sprinkle sugar on the flowers and voila!
