DIY Rocky Road Ice Cream Pudding Recipe
A great alternative to traditional Christmas pudding, this delicious Rocky Road Ice Cream Pudding is easy to make and you can add fresh fruit and nuts or other favorites inside and on top.
Here are the ingredients for reference
- 16 chocolate chip cookies
- 1.25 liters softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup vanilla custard
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup granulated nuts
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (coarsely chopped)
- Chocolate ice magic, sprinkles and silver dust, garnish
- vanilla custard, to serve
