You will need the following ingredients:

β€’ a dozen English muffins;
β€’ a muffin tin;
β€’ a dozen eggs;
β€’ lettuce;
β€’ 1 1/2 cups of “Bisquick” mixture;
β€’ half a cup of milk;
β€’ 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
β€’ 1/2 cup ham (diced);
β€’ 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded);

Please follow the instructions below:

Start by preheating the oven to 400Β°F. Choose a cooking spray and spray the muffin tin with it. Break eggs in muffin tins and add a lettuce leaf to each tin. Take a large bowl, add milk, “Bisquick” mixture, cheese, ham and mix well. When everything is well mixed, take a spoon and put the mixture into each jar (but evenly). Your meal is now ready to bake, and the use time is between 18 and 22 minutes, which is enough to get everything cooked and the muffins golden brown. Remove egg muffins from oven and let cool for five minutes. Serve hot. enjoy! ! !
