How to DIY Delicious Potato Flower Cups with Stuffing

Potatoes are one of the basic foods in the United States and many countries around the world. We had french fries, the chips we’ve had since we were kids. Now let’s add fillings to flower shaped potato cups for a more nutritious, delicious snack for all ages!

Toppings per potato flower:

  • Potatoes*5
  • Mushroom*100g
  • Zucchini*0.5
  • Bell peppers*1-2
  • Cheese*100g
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Salt
  • Black pepper tastes better
  • sesame decoration
  • Fried sunflower oil.

direction:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Place potato chips in flower-shaped cake pans (5 pans on each side, one in the center).
  3. Grate cheese on a grater, add egg yolks, salt and mix well.
  4. Pour melted cheese into potato blossoms to keep them from cracking
  5. Prepare the filling: Lightly fry the mushrooms, peppers, and zucchini slices in vegetable oil, then add salt and pepper.
  6. Place filling on top of melted cheese.
  7. Brush the potato petals with sunflower oil and bake in a preheated 180Β°C oven until the potatoes are golden brown
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
  9. When serving, garnish dishes as desired.
