How to DIY Jersey Finger Knit Bracelet

We’ve covered arm knitting before for two projects: the beautiful arm knit scarf and the arm knit blanket. Did you have a good time there? Today, we are going to show you another great braiding technique – finger braiding. Let’s start by making cute bracelets out of t-shirt fabric. Once you master the basics, you can knit one in minutes. enjoy.

You will need:

  • 3 strips of 1″ jersey (each at least 58″ long);
  • Scissors and your fingers.

direction:

  • First, you need to decide how thick you want the bracelet to be. Choose between 2, 3 or 4 fingers.
  • Take the first strip, punch a small hole in the end of it, and do the same for all 3 strips.
  • Take the first 2 strips and overlap the end where the hole is, take the other end and pass it through the hole. This way you will connect the strips together. Do the same for the third band and you’re ready to knit.
  • Start braiding like you can see in the picture, then continue the process until you have 5 inches left, carefully remove the loops from your fingers, and tie a knot to secure them.
  • Once the ends are secured, tie the ends together with double knots and bows, trim and finish if the ends are long.
