- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup brown burger chunks
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits

- egg whites, beaten
- Parmesan cheese, grated

- Flatten the cookies in the fridge,
