How to make swan shaped biscuits? Pretty and easy to make, these swan cookies are perfect for an after-school snack or gift. It’s easy to make and great for kids to play with real dough.

All the ingredients you will need:

  • 2 eggs (reserve the yolk of the second egg to brush on the cookies before baking)
  • a few cups of coffee sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups coffee vegetable oil
  • 1 bag of ammonia soda
  • a cup of coffee a cup of milk
  • lemon
  • Small packets of vanilla flavor are complete!
