How to make swan shaped biscuits? Pretty and easy to make, these swan cookies are perfect for an after-school snack or gift. It’s easy to make and great for kids to play with real dough.
All the ingredients you will need:
- 2 eggs (reserve the yolk of the second egg to brush on the cookies before baking)
- a few cups of coffee sugar
- 1 1/2 cups coffee vegetable oil
- 1 bag of ammonia soda
- a cup of coffee a cup of milk
- lemon
- Small packets of vanilla flavor are complete!

- Mix the eggs well first, then add the ammonia bag pre-dissolved in the milk.
- Stir the vanilla and some lemon zest into the mixture.

- Finally brush with the yolk of the second egg. Shape eyes with chocolate icing sugar before dusting with sugar on a lined baking sheet. Put in an oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
