When it comes to unconventional handmade items, our kids are great at picking them out. We’re almost happier watching them pick what they want to make next, and then we actually help them make things because their imaginations are amazing. So what is their recent obsession with fun crafting tools, you ask?Our kids absolutely love using Cotton ball!

Just in case you think your kids might love making with cotton balls too, here are 15 ideas we made with our ideas that they absolutely love to create.

Playing with food has always been popular in our family. Our kids have an assortment of plastic vegetables and we even crochet soft buns or breads and baked goods for them. They play for hours on end, and they’ve always been a kids’ favorite, so whenever we see play food in the store, we go and get some. However, there are some things that don’t seem to be made by the toy makers, so for these things, we make them ourselves. Ice cream treats are one of them, which is why we help our kids make these adorable ice cream sandwiches and cones from Mary Helen O Rama! Cotton balls make a very fluffy mock ice cream no matter what you’re doing.
