our children have always Always an animal lover. Even before they were able to talk and walk, their favorite thing in any room or on any trip to the park was always the nearest cat, dog, bird or squirrel. To this day, our kids love animals so much that if we go to a friend’s house for a date, they spend most of their time with the family pets. We took them to the zoo recently and there was one big beast that stood out the most to the kids, thrilled them and left them instantly in awe. The magnificent animal we speak of is of course the king of the jungle. Now our kids are totally obsessed with lions!

Because we’re a complete DIY and crafting family, we’re always looking for ways to help our kids combine their current favorite things with some kind of creative project.
