This is a DIY fun art project that will help you take advantage of old junk and add beauty to your home. If you have an old kettle that is no longer in use. It’s a great idea to turn the kettle into a lovely planter.
What you need: An old teapot that is no longer in use, pebbles of different colors, paint, soil, flowers, glue, tracing paper.
Instructions: Start by cleaning the kettle. Use a cleaning line to scrub it clean and maintain a glossy finish. Let it dry for twenty to thirty minutes. Use the paint you have and paint the kettle black. Let it dry for six hours, then apply a second coat of alkali and let it dry overnight. The next morning, after making sure the paint is completely dry, you can place the tracing paper on the pitcher and use a marker to flex the flower. Take the tracing paper and use the paints you have to draw the flowers after tracing. This will help you design beautifully shaped and colorful flowers. Make different kinds of flowers to make your kettle look very attractive. Next pick the pebbles and start using glue to stick them to the kettle one by one. Glue the pebbles to the kettle until halfway through. You can also create different patterns with pebbles, anything that makes your pots look pretty. After the glue dries, place the soil in the pot and plant in the flower. Pour in some water and place the pot where you want it.
