Paper Hyacinth Flower Tutorial
- The first step is to take the crepe paper and cut it into strips, then use scissors to wrap and “fringe” it (see picture example)
- Wrap the bangs with a toothpick to create a curly effect. The idea should leave you unaltered at the bottom and curls at the top.
- Glue the curled paper to a thin stick with the appropriate glue, paste or mix in one color.
- Finally add more crepe paper to the “stems” to give them a little color, plus some paper leaves.
