When your friends and family see this beautiful flower frame for the first time, they will never believe you made it yourself. What’s even more surprising is that they will never believe you can do it with a simple household egg carton!

In our opinion, when you inject a little creativity into your life, there really is no such thing as wasted! These frames are the perfect example of what most people throw away every day can do – beautiful artwork made from the simplest of objects.
Frame pictures, frame mirrors, or make your own beautiful wall art—be sure to get the kids involved as they might have more fun making them than you!
what do you need
To make this frame, you will need the following materials:
- 12 cup egg carton
- hot glue
- Plain Frames and Mirrors
- Scissors

- Cut out an egg container and make further cuts as shown above to create the flower effect
- Repeat this process until you have as many egg carton flowers as you need
- Blue the flowers to the outside edge of a regular frame or mounting cardboard.
There is always the option of adding a little paint or some glitter before gluing the egg carton flowers to the frame itself – let your imagination be your guide! Pick up some of the different colored egg cartons found in stores – white, blue, yellow – and create a wonderful mix of colors for added impact.
Really, when you see the finished result in person, even you will find that these once-simple egg cartons are dodgy!
