Easter may be the busiest time of the year for bunnies, but there really isn’t a better time to get a plush or two for the special little person in your life! Especially when it’s as simple as this, with just a square of fabric and some basic embroidery supplies, you’ll soon find yourself able to build an army of bunnies in no time!
what do you need
- yarn
- knitting needle
- embroidery needle
- Embroidery thread
- filling
- Scissors
Knitted Square Bunny Guide
- Knit a square of fabric yourself, or just knit a piece of fabric and cut out a square
- Sew a triangle on the top half of the square as shown in the image above
- Tighten the thread and push a pinch of soft padding into the fabric
- Sew up the halves of the bunny’s body tightly and stuff more stuffing
- Sew the bottom of the bunny and make a fluffy pom pom story as described in the tutorial
This is truly one of the easiest sewing projects we’ve come across and a great project for newbies and beginners alike. It’s almost impossible to go wrong because the whole idea is that every bunny you create will be a little bit unique – a one-of-a-kind gift for family and friends, no matter the occasion!
