Make beautiful DIY Christmas tree decorations using wine corks

View in galleryI enjoyed a little wine with my family at dinner. So we have some wine corks left at home and I’m wondering how to reuse them. Since Christmas is just around the corner, maybe we can make some decorations for the holidays. Not only is this a great home decor idea, but it’s also a great way to recycle cork, right?

what do you need:
– Bows, Ribbons
– glue gun
– 13 corks, 1 champagne cork
-Paint/Nail Polish

2. Add two more corks.

3. Form 3 rows – 2 of the three corks, one of the four. Apply hot glue to a row of three.

4. Press firmly to row four. Add three lines to the bottom.

5. Paint a row of two on the bottom.

6. Tie a ribbon around one of the corks and apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom. glued to it.

7. Apply glue to the top of the champagne cork to firmly adhere to the tree.

8. Paint, add bows or stars…add some decorations like buttons, beads…etc.
