When baking meets gem magic!
Some people absolutely love everything sweet and can’t resist taking a bite even if their doctor tells them to stay away. Others don’t care about cakes and pastries and all that sugar. Despite being the latter, even I was immediately drawn to this beautiful jelly-filled rainbow spectacle.some call it stained glass cakeothers prefer “broken glass” cakes, but we prefer to let other people haggle over the name and worry about how to gobble it!

Making this multi-colored joy will obviously make you very popular with kids, and while it takes some work, it’s worth the effort.
Here is what you need:
Crispy:
• 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup melted butter
filling:
• 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon gelatin
• 3-4 cups cube jelly

It’s also recommended that you keep a nice cheesecake pan handy so you can bake the crust and leave the cake overnight. You can start with the simple task of making jelly blocks, then start baking the crust and filling it your way. Let the cake cool and fully set for at least 6 hours, and you’ll have a sweet delight that will keep the little ones tossing and turning in delight.
