starch
paper napkin
instruct:
1. To make these ballerinas first, you have to use wire and pliers to make the basic structure of the ballerina’s body.
2. Then use the starch paste to cover the entire line structure with a paper towel strip, so you get the white outline of the ballerina’s body.
3. Then fold a napkin like you did when you cut a snowflake, and trim off the excess length to prepare the skirt.
4. Fold the skirt into a pleat and tie the skirt around the ballerina’s waist with the help of the fine white pattern.
