Once you get the hang of the knots or braids you want to use, this paracord collar is really fun and easy to make. They are great projects to do with kids. I also made myself a bracelet using the same technique, so even if you don’t have a pensive teen or a dog to make, you can do this project.
do you know? In some military units it is a tradition to use paracords on soldiers’ trousers and buttons on uniforms to make so-called “battle bracelets”. Each soldier makes one for the next, so everyone has a bracelet made by everyone else. Each soldier would then wear these while on duty and only take them off when the entire unit returns.
You will need:
Rainbow 550 Paracord
side buckle
lighter
Scissors
small key ring
tape measure (optional)
Painter’s tape (optional)
